Oven Cooking instructions: Cook from frozen in a preheated 4000F oven for 30-40 minutes. Flip burgers after 15 minutes & gently
flatten if desired. Grill Cooking instructions: Thaw overnight in the fridge or cook from frozen. Gently flatten before cooking.
Sear over high heat & finish cooking on low heat. Burgers should be cooked through to an internal temperature of 165°F.
